O here ye, local EUGanauts! SAMMITCH is here to break the mold, leaving traditional sandwich design behind by combining local ingredients with a new Sammitch style and sauce. It's all in the preparation, givin' those buds the thrill they have been waiting for at the price you want to pay. Local food, in a local place, with a local's attitude at a local pace.

The ORGASmitch" 50/50 Meatloaf Burger:
Freshly ground beef and ground bacon mixed with sautéed celery, carrot, onion, garlic, salt and pepper, combined with bread crumbs, sun-dried tomatoes, egg, and diced provolone cheese.
The Turkey Gobbler:
Ground turkey, dried cranberries, and Stovetop stuffing is mixed with mushrooms, onions, garlic, and eggs, topped with deep fried carrots.
Stop and Go Chicken Burger:
Freshly ground chicken breast mixed with red bell pepper, red onion, garlic, green jalapeño, green artichoke hearts, salt and pepper. This is mixed with egg, cumin, chili powder, oregano, and breadcrumbs.
Black, garbanzo, and kidney beans lightly pureed and combined with carrots, celery, onion, corn, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, jalapeños, basil, parsley, salt and pepper. Blended oatmeal is added along with sage, thyme and oregano.
Mamma's Tuna Melt:
Northwest tuna combined with sautéed onions, celery, carrots, garlic, dill, lemon, salt and pepper, mixed with breadcrumbs, and eggs.
Cheese of your choice melted on bacon, lettuce, tomato, and Green Goddess sauce (avocado lime cilantro spread) Add Egg +$1.00
Choice of Dave's Killer Bread or ciabatta bread, lettuce, tomato,
and cheddar, provolone, or havarti cheese.
Sliced turkey, melted brie cheese, sliced peaches and Presto Pesto.
