From the outside, Casey Brooks' food cart looks like it belongs in the 1970s.

With bright, spray-painted flowers in an array of vivid colors and an assorted genre of music blaring from the inside, Brooks keeps his food, kitchen and atmosphere as colorful as himself.

The Turkey Gobbler! Ground turkey, dried cranberries, and Stovetop stuffing is mixed with sautéed mushrooms, onions, garlic, and eggs. Topped with some deep fried carrots.

ORGASmitch" 50/50 meatloaf burger: Fresh local in house ground half beef, half local in house ground bacon mixed with sautéed celery carrot onion garlic salt and pepper, and combined with bread crumbs, egg, and provolone cheese. All this is put into a patty and grilled to perfection, placed on the bread or bun of your choosing, and combined with the sauce of your choosing.

Vegan bean-in-burger: Black, garbanzo, and kidney beans lightly pureed and combined with carrots, celery, onion, corn, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, jalapenos, basil, parsley, salt and pepper. Blended oatmeal is added along with sage, thyme, and oregano. (VEGAN)

Mamma's tuna melt: Fresh Northwest tuna combined with sautéed onions, celery, carrots, garlic, dill, lemon, salt, and pepper. Mixed with breadcrumbs, and eggs.

BLAT:LOTS OF CHEESE melted on bacon, lettuce, tomato, and The Green Goddess sauce (avocado lime cilantro spread) Add Egg +$1.00

Choice of Dave's Killer Bread or ciabatta bread, lettuce, tomato, and Tillamook cheddar, provolone, or havarti cheese.

Freshly sliced turkey, melted brie cheese, with sliced peaches and Presto Pesto.

Hammie-N-Piney:

Freshly sliced ham and whole pineapple slices grilled, with brie cheese.

CheezyMMMitch:

Mozzarella, feta, havarti, cheddar, provolone, and brie cheeses MELTED.

Veggie Greekin':

Cucumber, Kalamata olives, and red onion with raspberry vinaigrette. OPTIONAL FETA!! (VEGAN)

Sliced ham, turkey, and BACON all laid over sun dried tomatoes and melty havarti cheese.

Beefy Roastard:

Freshly sliced roast beef, with sautéed onions in dijon mustard, topped with apricots and feta.
